Located within walking distance of Wildwater Chattooga, this timber frame house has a unique metal exterior and one of a kind spiral staircase. Corkscrew (named after “Corkscrew” rapid in the famous Five Falls of the Chattooga River) is perfect for couples, groups, or multiple families with kids.
Corkscrew was built with sustainability in mind, featuring superior insulation for a quiet stay, energy-efficient heating and cooling, an on-demand water heater, and eco-friendly cleaning practices. Trees cleared from the site were repurposed into the home’s poplar beams and unique tree posts, keeping materials local and minimizing environmental impact.
